Dedicated Care Support Worker

About the Role:We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual who is passionate about supporting others. As a Care Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and assistance to our residents, ensuring their dignity and independence are respected at all times.
- Support residents with daily activities, such as personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance
- Develop and implement individual care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Work collaboratively with the care team to promote a safe and welcoming environment for residents
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A caring nature, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team are essential qualities for this position. Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not necessary, as full training will be provided.
What We Offer:In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary range of £19,500 - £21,000 per annum, plus enhancements for night and weekend shifts. You will also receive 5.6 weeks' annual leave (pro rata for part-time), comprehensive induction and named buddy support, free training and development opportunities, and access to a workplace pension scheme.
