About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Burford House Care Home. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their daily activities, including personal care and medication management
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a safe and supportive environment

About You:

We are looking for an individual who shares our values of compassion, empathy, and respect. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
