About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team at Burford House Care Home as a Healthcare Assistant. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their daily activities, including personal care and meal times
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment

About You:

We are looking for an individual who shares our values of compassion, empathy, and respect. You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a team. Previous experience of working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
