About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Burford House Care Home in Chorleywood, Hertfordshire.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily activities, promoting their dignity and independence, and helping them live happy and healthy lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with their daily activities, such as washing and dressing, developing individual care plans, and helping with meals.
  • Be a friend and advocate for our residents, championing their dignity and independence.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and families, prioritizing workload and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality care and support.
About You

We are looking for someone with a caring nature, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.

You must have the right to live and work in the UK and be able to commit to a regular schedule.
