About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Burford House Care Home in Chorleywood, Herts. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their daily activities, such as washing and dressing, developing individual care plans, and helping with meals.
  • Be a friend and champion for our residents, promoting their dignity and independence.
  • Communicate effectively, take on responsibility, and keep accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality care service.

About You:

We are looking for someone with a caring nature, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
