We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at First Recruitment Services. As an Administrative Support Specialist, your role will be to provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit quotes, bids, tenders, and proposals to clients
- Create and distribute feedback surveys to clients and stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
- Handle client and team inquiries, logging, taking, chasing, and resolving any issues
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a similar role
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to drive with a valid UK driving license and own vehicle

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
