In this exciting role as a Home Based Occupational Therapist at JustOT, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals to improve their wellbeing and deliver outcomes through strengths-based assessments and the development of personalized support plans. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to utilize your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for undertaking strengths-based assessments, applying relevant legislation and developing and implementing support plans aimed at improving wellbeing and delivering outcomes. You will also work effectively in partnership with other staff and voluntary agencies, having a good understanding of all the relevant health, voluntary and private services in the area.

Essential Requirements
  • HCPC registered
  • 2 years Social Services Experience
  • Car driver
