We are seeking an experienced Product Governance Manager to play a crucial role in overseeing the development, management, and governance of our investment products and services. This is a key position that involves a combination of product governance development and maintenance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the oversight of our fund range and ensuring ongoing governance, including supporting the production of key product-related Board documents, such as the Assessment of Value, and overseeing fund literature to ensure we clearly articulate our philosophy to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure governance routines are followed to deliver good client outcomes.
  • Oversee the ACD Fund Ranges.
  • Assist in product launches, obtain regulatory permissions, and maintain documentation.
  • Monitor profitability and ensure value for investors.
  • Ensure documents like KIDS and prospectuses are client-friendly and meet regulations.
  • Present at forums and committees.
  • Build relationships to provide timely information and analysis.
What You'll Have
  • Experience working within Product Management in an asset management, insurance, or wealth management context.
  • Extensive experience of Fund Product Governance, including the end-to-end setup of fund products.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices, including COLL, FUND, PRIN, PROD, COBS, UCITS, & AIFMD.
  • Passion for product development.
  • Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management with the ability to interact and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Planning, organizing, and prioritization.

  • A competitive salary ranging from £61,633 to £67,796 per annum.
  • A generous holiday entitlement of 30 days plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase 5 additional days.
