We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in the Bridgwater area.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing HR activities across a business and personnel, as well as administration, data management, performance / KPI management and working alongside external recruitment partners.

This role would suit someone with 5+ years' experience within an HR position or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
