  • You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment of development practices with organisational goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Talent Development, Leadership Development, and performance enablement.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and empathy & emotional intelligence.
