What You'll Do
  • You will support our partnering team to land and embed People initiatives, products, and policy changes.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to internal customers.
  • Lead on People data and MI to inform solutions and drive business change.
  • Anticipate potential People-related risks and contribute to effective solutions for talent and succession management.
  • Act as ambassador for behavioural and cultural change, leading business to build desired culture and improve colleague engagement.
