Business Development and Performance Officer

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving AG Barr's business growth by developing and executing sales strategies to increase distribution and visibility of our brands in the market.
Working closely with our National Field Sales Team, you will be responsible for building relationships with key retailers, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales plans to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase distribution and visibility of AG Barr brands
- Build relationships with key retailers and identify new business opportunities
- Implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to inform future sales strategies
What You'll Need:
- Full driving license
- Ability to communicate effectively with retailers and internal stakeholders
- Flexibility to attend monthly team meetings and travel to meet with retailers
