Director of HR Operations

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Operations Manager to join our People and Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our HR administrative function, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and delivering an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all HR administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, including HR systems, processes, data, and timely and accurate administration.
- Work with the Business Partner team to ensure that managers have access to key HR data about their staff and service.
- Support the progression of the HR Strategy for the Group, identifying process improvements and implementing them with your team.
- Lead on the review of our policies and procedures, updating our intranet site, and ensuring excellent communication skills.
- Have previous experience of managing and motivating an operational HR team, transforming processes, and the ability to write reports and present information to staff at all levels.
- Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- FCIPD Qualified.

Job Type: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £41,891.20 per annum
