Job Title: Director HR Operations

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our People and Culture team, responsible for managing our HR administrative function.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all HR administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, delivering an excellent employee experience from induction to the leavers process. This includes HR systems, processes, data, and timely and accurate administration, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal policy and best practice.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our employee files and records are accurate and comply with our Ofsted and other regulatory body requirements.

Working closely with the Business Partner team, you will also ensure that managers have access to key HR data about their staff and service.

You will also support the progression of the HR Strategy for the Group, identifying process improvements and implementing them with your team.

You will lead the review of our policies and procedures and update our intranet site, requiring excellent communication skills.

Key Requirements:

  1. Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience
  2. FCIPD Qualified
