Job Title: Director HR Operations

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Operations Manager to join our People and Culture team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the HR administrative function, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and delivering an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR systems, processes, and data to ensure timely and accurate administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Business Partner team to ensure managers have access to key HR data.
  • Support the progression of the HR Strategy for the Group and identify process improvements.
  • Lead on the review of policies and procedures and update the intranet site.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • FCIPD Qualified.

Location: Newcastle Chambers

Job Type: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £41,891.20 per annum
