Job Title: Senior Partner Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Selling Partners' growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, sales, or marketing, with experience working with Amazon Seller tools and products.

About the Role

This role will involve managing key accounts, partnering with various Amazon teams, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with AWS, Amazon Advertising, AMPS, Lending, Public Policy, and PR to develop and execute business strategies
  • Develop and implement data-driven initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS)
  2. Experience in account management, whether in ecommerce or another relevant industry
  3. Strong analytical skills allowing the interpretation of complex data sets using Microsoft Excel
  4. Prior experience working with Amazon Seller tools, products, and programs, ideally in a dedicated account manager capacity
  5. Creative problem-solving skills and passion for developing innovative solutions on behalf of the customer
Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
