About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales and profit in store through effective sales strategies and customer service techniques.
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and customer service, making the store an attractive and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Work closely with the store team to achieve sales targets, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Contribute to the development of the store's business plan, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
