About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer in Cleethorpes Tesco Extra. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, and contributing to the success of our toy retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and handling deliveries to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Replenishing stock, maintaining pricing accuracy, and implementing promotions to drive sales
  • Providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers, and offering personalized product recommendations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and store objectives
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift and move stock, and stand for long periods
