We are currently seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our safeguarding and looked after children's teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, observing, and supporting allocated families with high-quality support, ensuring that all actions meet OFSTED regulations and safeguarding standards.

About the Role
  • This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong ethos of achieving positive outcomes for families and staff.
What We're Looking For
  • A social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
  • Excellent safeguarding knowledge and skills, including assessment and risk management.
  • Experience in completing parenting capacity and holistic whole family assessments.
  • Strong partnership-working skills with families and external agencies.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
