We are seeking a skilled 2nd-Line Technical IT Engineer to join our team at our Basingstoke office. As a key member of our technical department, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive IT assistance to our hotel clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Work: Install and implement IT solutions and services to meet the needs of our clients.

Support: Provide technical assistance to our clients, sometimes remotely working from home and other times at the hotels themselves.

Documentation: Write up internal and customer documentation as required.

Customer and Supplier Management: Liaise with customers and suppliers, escalating issues as appropriate.

Out of Hours IT Support: Join our weekly on-call rota to provide support for critical issues across our hotel clients out of hours.

Experience of using systems such as vSphere ESXi, Office 365, networking/LAN, Mitel, 3CX, Hotel PMS and POS systems would be desirable but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary between £20,000 - £29,000 depending on experience, private medical cover, a great workplace pension, training in many IT systems, services and hardware, and a positive, rewarding and enjoyable work environment.

Requirements: Previous experience of providing IT support and services to the hospitality sector, a valid UK driving license, and the ability to work from our Basingstoke office unless needed to visit one of our clients.
