Job Description:

The Customer Support Manager will be responsible for managing the customer service experience post completion, carrying out inspection works to ensure quality of all homes prior and post completion, liaising with colleagues from customer service, production and sales, communicating with customers after their move in and are settling in seamlessly, liaising with sub contractors ensuring that remedials are carried out to correct standard, line manage service technicians ensuring they operate effectively, providing clear written communication to customers, contractors and colleagues, managing their needs and expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a very similar role
  • Understanding of the New Homes Quality Code
  • Knowledge of construction including PMA Awareness is essential
  • Knowledge of residential property and competitors is essential
  • Experience with RSL Liaison
  • General knowledge of NHBC Technical requirements and guidelines
  • Excellent customer service skills

Benefits:

  • Starting salary of £38,000
  • Car Allowance of £5,000
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
