About the Role: We are looking for a Community Support Coordinator to join our team in Basingstoke. The successful applicant will work closely with individuals and families at risk of homelessness, providing them with tailored support and guidance to prevent homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing housing options and support plans for individuals and families
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on housing options and support needs
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure effective service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on service outcomes
