Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a prestigious healthcare project in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the commercial aspects of the project and contribute to its successful delivery.

About the Project:
  • The project involves constructing the Shell and Core to a new wing of a private Hospital in West London.
  • The project is valued at £12m and will be delivered using a JCT Design & Build contract.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working on similar projects and possess strong commercial and contract administration skills.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the commercial aspects of the project, including procurement, valuations, and final account production.
  • Collaborating with the design team and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Managing sub-contractor accounts and liaising with stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
Salary Range:

£70,000 - £75,000 + package per annum.
