Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity exists to work with a leading construction main contractor on a unique project in Devon. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for main contract administration, consultant's administration, and risk/opportunity management.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Identify any main contract derogations and notify the Commercial Lead.
  2. Take overall responsibility for external, internal, and package risk/opportunity schedules.
  3. Support the project team with commercial and contractual expertise.
  4. Assess, review, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
  5. Implement policies for risk management.
  6. Prepare Subcontract Final Accounts for review and sign-off.
  7. Certify interim and final payments.

Key Requirements:

A Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field, and proven experience in a senior commercial role within the construction industry.

Salary Information:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
