**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Contract Manager to join our team on the Great Ormond Street project. As a Senior Change Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project, including client management, application/payment/cash management, internal reporting, procurement, and supporting staff development.

Your key responsibilities will include integrating the commercial strategy, administrating and representing the company in commercial and contractual issues, and managing and overseeing junior commercial staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or hospital projects, leadership and delegation skills, and a strong understanding of legal appreciation and NEC contracts.

**Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
