About the Role:

S and P Associates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a key member of the commercial management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that the company's interests are protected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial aspects of construction projects, including contract administration, cost control, and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a commercial management role.
  • Strong understanding of JCT contracts and other relevant industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
