Contract Quantity Surveyor

FM Conway is seeking a highly skilled Contract Quantity Surveyor to join our Structures Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring accurate cost control and value management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform risk and value management activities to benefit the contract
  • Lead and drive the procurement strategy, including cost value analysis and procurement of sub-contractors
  • Maintain awareness of different contracts in current use, ensuring adherence to legislations and document control
  • Monitor and report forecast against cost and value, and manage cashflow
  • Oversee and manage the commercial team on your contracts and support their development

Requirements:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Quantity Surveyor with previous experience working in the construction or highways industry. You will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and excellent knowledge of JCT, ICE, and NEC contracts. A CSCS card is essential for this role.
