Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Client Account Manager to join our Client Services team at our Corby Geddington road site. In this role, you will provide exceptional client service across all business streams, propose cost-saving initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities:


• Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service


• Analyze data and propose cost-saving initiatives


• Monitor client reporting and ensure timely publication


• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives


Requirements:


• Previous experience in a similar role


• Knowledge of the logistics/warehousing industry


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to influence at a senior level
