We are a well-established business specialising in commercial internal fit out projects within the Education and Health Care sectors.



Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience. In addition to the salary, the company offers a car allowance.



Job Description

This is a permanent position working on a variety of projects, including minor works programmes. The successful candidate will be required to work on site for most of the week, with occasional office work.



Key Responsibilities



  • Manage commercial internal fit out projects from start to finish.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget.



Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:





  • Proven experience in commercial internal fit out projects.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • A strong understanding of the Education and Health Care sectors.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Working Environment

The role will be based in Camden and Ealing, with occasional office work in Hertfordshire.
