About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client's team in Hertfordshire. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Site Managers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Travel to sites across the South of England to oversee project progress
  • Calculate prime costs and prepare detailed cost budgets
  • Deal with valuations and payment notices
  • Work closely with the supply chain and clients to provide market-leading technical expertise
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Manager
  • Preferably a carpentry and joinery background
  • Ambitious and driven with a strong commercial understanding
