About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Utility Line, a rapidly growing company in the utilities industry and green energy space. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of EV charging hub and grid connection projects throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an integral interface between internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.
  • Liaise with delivery managers, clients, and stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure specifications and quantities are accurately quoted and agreed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Update internal project monitoring systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Take commercial responsibility for allocated projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in the ICP industry and knowledge of DNO processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Proactive and motivated approach, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Empathetic approach, providing exceptional customer service and resolving client issues.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS suite, and ability to work independently and use own initiative to problem solve.
