Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary

Mitie is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR Shared Service Centre, you will be responsible for delivering a range of HR services to support the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Service Delivery: Provide expert HR advice and support to the business, including the delivery of retained HR services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR services.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and offshore partners.
  • Project Management: Lead or support projects as required, partnering with the business to drive service enhancements and deliver business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Strong HR Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of multiple HR disciplines and have SME experience.
  • HR Shared Service Centre Experience: Previous experience of working in a HR Shared Service Centre is preferred.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience of managing legal advice relationships preferred.
  • Process Review and Re-engineering: Strong ability in process review and re-engineering using LEAN methodology is preferred.
