Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel. The successful candidate will provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, manage recruitment and selection processes, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Ensure that all HR processes and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in the implementation of performance management systems to support employee development and growth.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in managing recruitment processes and employee relations.
