About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Badger Group. As a member of our HR function, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of HR in managing day-to-day HR activities.

Main Responsibilities

As an HR Advisor, you will provide first-line advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers across the organisation. This will include supporting the management of long and short-term sickness cases, employee relations casework, and recruitment activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Level 5 CIPD Certificate or Degree in Human Resources
  • Commitment to continuing professional development
  • CIPD registration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
