About the Role

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Planning and Analytics professional to join our EU Operations team. As a Workforce Planning and Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing the end-to-end Workforce Planning function in EU Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with finance teams to ensure accurate labour forecasting and reporting.
  • Design and implement reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership teams to communicate insights and drive business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and analytics.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in workforce planning, analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA and SQL.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage expectations outside of a normal team structure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerPivot, is a plus.
