Residential Care Home Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Care Home Manager to lead our Brook House Residential Care Home in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to residents with complex needs.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including administration and ancillary staff, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work closely with the Regional Operations Director and Regional Team to achieve business objectives and drive excellence in care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and legislation, maintaining a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £42,000 per annum (pro rata) for a 45-hour week, Monday to Friday.

About You:
- Proven experience in a nursing or care home setting, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Level 5 management in Health & Social Care, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
