Situated in a peaceful area in Arbury, just three miles away from the bustling city center of Cambridge, the home features 24-hour residential care and 36 en-suite bedrooms.

About the Role

As Head Housekeeper, you will lead our Housekeeping team to maintain the highest cleaning standards, creating a clean, safe, and inviting environment for residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of support services, including laundry and domestic housekeeping.
  • Play a key role in recruiting, training, and supervising the support service team.
  • Manage rosters, budgets, and reporting for the Housekeeping department.
  • Inspire and lead the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the care home.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with expertise in team management and budget control.
  • A genuine passion for providing excellent care and creating a positive living environment for residents.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail skills.
