About the Role:
In the capacity of Lead Housekeeping Manager, you will be at the forefront of our housekeeping operations, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your leadership will create a welcoming and safe atmosphere for both residents and visitors.
Salary:
Competitive hourly rate.
Shift Pattern:
This role involves working 35.5 hours per week across five days, with shifts scheduled to accommodate various needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all support services, including laundry and housekeeping.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and management of the housekeeping team.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and reporting for the housekeeping department.
- Motivate and guide the team to deliver outstanding service.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least two years of experience in a similar managerial role, with a focus on team leadership and financial oversight.
- A genuine compassion for the care and comfort of residents.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service and attention to detail.
