About the Role:

The Community Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of our residential community, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Completing regular clinical audits to ensure the quality of care is maintained
  • Managing medication safely and effectively
  • Supervising and supporting team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent care
  • Ensuring timely completion of monthly audits, including medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration, and care planning
  • Monitoring the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care through regular review of care plans
  • Ensuring planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of two years' shift leadership and management experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
