As a Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our established kitchen team to deliver exceptional service to our guests daily. Our kitchen team is passionate about food and takes pride in every dish they prepare.

We're based in the Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel, where you'll be part of a team of passionate individuals who prioritize work-life balance.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living our brand standards. Proven experience (2+ years) working in a branded or hotel kitchen environment at a supervisory level is essential.
