Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team at The Ivy Asia. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sous Chef in the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards.
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organized, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Train and develop junior chefs, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of the kitchen team, working collaboratively to achieve our goals and objectives.
