Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Search Consultancy. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors, achieving minimum daily call KPI targets, and establishing a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
  • Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
  • Inbound/outbound telephone calls contacting business owners and directors of qualified prospective contacts, to secure online meetings/presentations for our Business Development Executives.
  • Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality meetings.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.
  • Willingness to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques.
  • Develop New Business accounts and Up/Cross Selling Skills.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Customer service and rapport building skills.
  • 2-3 years experience in field sales, closing deals, appointment making and Outbound sales experience.
