Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our removals team and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily operations, inspiring productivity, and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily removals operations, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of removals professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent performance
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the removals industry, including cubic footage and industry trends

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in removals operations, with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Strong leadership and delegation skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
