Divisional Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Divisional Sales Director to join our team at haart. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across our division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our financial services strategy, driving income and profitable growth within the division.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing financial services team, embedding our core values and principles.
  • Prepare and deliver income and profit budgets, monitoring and reporting on operating and financial results.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of financial services regulation and core products, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Monitor and evaluate divisional key performance indicators, identifying trends and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver cross-sales and referral activity, promoting all initiatives to improve results.
  • Ensure effective management of key risks and maintenance of necessary standards, adhering to our chosen network's requirements.
  • Maintain the role of supervisor as defined by our network's training and competence scheme.
  • Communicate regularly with the Head of Sales Quality to ensure all necessary messages and standards are up-to-date and cascaded correctly.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, managing business exposure.
  • Create a universal knowledge and understanding of HR processes and best practices, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Drive a culture of coaching, leading to a high-performance culture.
  • Work collaboratively across business streams, maximizing profitable working relationships.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor within the financial services industry, with a demonstrable record of motivating and leading a high-performing team.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as full CeMAP or CII equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to coach and develop advisers and managers.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and flexible, with the ability to work accurately and be well-organized.
  • Ability to react quickly and efficiently to market conditions, regulatory changes, and business objectives.

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary up to £50,000 dependent on experience.
  • Uncapped commission scheme – OTE £80,000.

Requirements:

  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
