Divisional Sales Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Divisional Sales Director to join our team at haart. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across our division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our financial services strategy
  • Lead and develop a high-performing financial services team
  • Manage and monitor key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction
  • Deliver cross-sales and referral activity
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in mortgage and protection advising
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as CeMAP or CII equivalent
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work accurately and be well-organized

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary up to £50,000 dependent on experience
  • Uncapped commission scheme – OTE £80,000
  • Company car or monthly car allowance
  • Quarterly and Annual bonus scheme
  • Company laptop provided with use of industry-leading mortgage software
