We are seeking an experienced Divisional Sales Director to join our team at haart. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across our East London division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our financial services strategy, driving income and profitable growth within the division.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing Financial Services team, embedding our core values and principles.
- Prepare and deliver the Financial Services Division income and profit budget, monitoring and reporting on operating and financial results.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of financial services regulation and core products, ensuring compliance and best practice.
- Monitor and evaluate Divisional key performance indicators, identifying trends and implementing initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and cross-sales activity.
- Deliver the achievement of cross-sales and referral activity, promoting all initiatives designed to improve results.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to all necessary systems and controls, managing key risks and maintaining standards.
- Maintain the role of supervisor as defined by our Network's Training and Competence scheme.
- Communicate regularly with the Head of Sales Quality, ensuring all necessary messages and standards are up to date and cascaded correctly.
- Effectively handle customer complaints, following our Company complaints procedure and managing business exposure.
- Create a universal knowledge and understanding of HR processes and best practice, committing to the adoption of recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Drive a culture of coaching, leading to a high-performance culture (best in class ethos).
- Work collaboratively across business streams, maximising profitable working relationships.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor within the financial services industry, with a demonstrable record of motivating and leading a high-performing team.
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as full CeMAP or CII equivalent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to coach and develop advisers and managers.
- Self-motivated, confident, and flexible, with the ability to work accurately and be well-organised.
- Ability to react quickly and efficiently to market conditions, regulatory changes, and business objectives.
What We Offer:
- Basic salary up to £50,000 dependent on experience.
- Uncapped commission scheme – OTE £80,000.
- Company car or monthly car allowance.

Requirements:
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
- Evidence of right to work in the UK, in the form of passport, birth certificate, proof of address, and National Insurance number.
