Job Summary:
KPI Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls and video meetings with prospective clients to promote and sell Legal Training services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to identify their needs and deliver customized solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies for growth and market expansion
- Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
- Keep detailed records of all sales activities within our CRM system
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets
- Previous experience in telesales is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- A self-motivated attitude with a proven history of working independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant technology
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
