About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Academic Support Specialist. This role is responsible for providing academic support to students, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall success of the institution.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support to students, including tutoring, mentoring, and advising
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of academic programs and initiatives
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and other external partners

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role or similar environment
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field
