Group Pensions Coordinator

A Pension Administration Coordinator is required to join our client's dynamic Employee Benefits team. This is a hybrid opportunity, 2x days a week in the office, 3x days working from home.
Job description:
Administer Group Person Pension scheme including auto-enrolment, pension contributions and withdrawals in accordance with regulatory and company policies.
Primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on pension scheme administration and resolving enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with insurance providers to manage scheme set ups, renewals, and amendments.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in DC /Group Personal Pension Administration, preferably from within an Employee Benefits Consultancy, Brokerage, or other Financial Services firm.
- Strong understanding of auto-enrolment, contribution calculations and pensions legislation.
