Pension Administration Specialist Job Description

A leading Employee Benefits Insurance firm seeks a highly skilled Pensions Administration specialist to contribute to their team, delivering comprehensive consulting services nationwide.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Oversee Group Person Pension schemes, encompassing auto-enrolment, pension contributions, and withdrawals in compliance with regulatory and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional client service, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and resolving enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to manage scheme set-ups, renewals, and amendments.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in DC/Group Personal Pension Administration, preferably from within an Employee Benefits Consultancy, Brokerage, or other Financial Services firm.
  • Strong understanding and experience of auto-enrolment, contribution calculations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of pensions legislation and regulations.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
